Easter Lunch Sunday!
The Run
As part of my training for the 10-mile race in two weeks, I did a tempo run today.
I started with an easy 7k warm-up, then increased my speed to 10-mile pace for the next 8k. I felt good during the tempo, although not as fit as I was earlier this year.
I still managed to keep a strong pace throughout!
