The Run
This run was tough because I hadn’t fully recovered from the previous one. My Garmin warned me that I needed more rest, but I decided to go anyway. It wasn’t too bad, considering the strong wind and the bright sun. I managed to finish my run without any major issues.
Looking forward to next week now, when I’ll start tapering for my race!
